Monster Energy Yamaha Factory MXGP's Romain Febvre returned ( WRP) to the top step of the podium after dominating the Czech Grand Prix as the pole-man and winner of both races.
His victory ends a three-year drought with his last victory being at the French Grand Prix back in 2016. The 27-year-old Frenchman was joined on the podium at the thirteenth round of the MXGP World Championship by his teammate Jeremy Seewer, who uncorked a third consecutive bottle of champagne to celebrate two third finishes and a personal achievement of four podiums this season.
Seewer has strengthened his second position in the MXGP Championship standings, while Febvre has moved up in eighth place.

NEWS FLASH: Toni Bou (HEBO) seals a 13th TrialGP World Championship title in France
Repsol Honda Team rider Toni Bou has just been proclaimed TrialGP world champion for the thirteenth time in the trial held today, Sunday, in the French location of Auron. This is the trial legend’s 26th world championship win. Another triumph, the seventh of the season, means that Toni Bou is now officially TrialGP world champion. Added to the further thirteen indoor championship titles, the Repsol Honda Team star’s title tally now runs at a formidable 26. A truly legend of sport. Toni Bou will now be able to celebrate with one event in the TrialGP calendar still to go. The victory in Auron takes the Spaniard’s career total to 111, as well as claiming a thirteenth straight world championship triumph, a winning spell which stretches back to Andorra in mid-June 2018. Shortly, a new press release will be published including rider comments and photos of both the event and the celebrations.

3. TAGES- UND MEISTERSCHAFTSRANG FÜR MIKE HARTMANN (CLICE + WRP) BEIM MOTOCROSS IN AICHWALD
Beim MX-2-Takt-Cup in Aichwald belegte Husqvarna-Fahrer Mike Hartmann den dritten Platz in der Tageswertung. Im Training noch in seiner Gruppe auf dem zweiten Platz, konnte er zum Rennen als Vierter ans Startgatter fahren. Nach dem ersten Start reihte er seine HUSQVARNA TE 300 auch im vorderen Feld ein, ständig wechselte er zwischen Rang vier und sieben. Gegen Mitte des ersten Laufes musste er ein wenig Tempo herausnehmen, da ihm die rechte Hand eingeschlafen war. Doch gegen Ende kam er wieder richtig in Schwung und kämpfte sich noch in der letzten Runde an den Fahrer in der vierten Position heran. Der stürzte dann bergab und Hartmann konnte nicht mehr Ausweichen und stürzte auch, als er über das Motorrad seines Konkurrenten fuhr. Doch der Heidenheimer Fahrer rappelte sich schnell wieder auf und wurde sogar noch Vierter. "Zum Glück war mir nichts passiert," kommentierte Hartmann erschrocken danach. Im zweiten Lauf fuhr er vom Start weg direkt auf den vierten Platz und verteidigte den bis ins Ziel. Weil sich die Konkurrenz in den beiden Läufen aber uneins war, konnte er am Ende in der Addition den dritten Platz belegen. "Mein Ziel war auf das Podium zu fahren, und das habe ich geschafft," freute er sich anschließend. In der MX-2-Takt-Meisterschaft liegt Hartmann nun auch auf dem dritten Platz.
HARTMANN (CLICE + WRP) VERTEIDIGT ZWEITEN MX-MEISTERSCHAFTSRANG IN SCHWEIGHAUSEN
Husqvarna-Fahrer Mike Hartmann verteidigte beim Motocross in Schweighausen mit einem vierten Tagesrang seinen zweiten Meisterschaftsplatz im MX-2-Takt-Cup. Gleich beim Start zum ersten Lauf konnte Hartmann auf der Husqvarna TE 300 in Führung gehen. Dann aber musste er sich noch Gaststarter Paul Bloy geschlagen geben. Nachdem noch im Training beste Wetterbedingungen geherrscht hatten, fielen pünktlich zum Start die ersten Regentropfen. Während an der Spitze vier Fahrer Rad an Rad kämpften, ging dann im Gewitter ein wahrer Wolkenbruch hernieder. Auf dem schlammigen Untergrund rutschte Hartmann zweimal aus und kam noch als Vierter ins Ziel. Damit liegt er in der Meisterschaftswertung immer noch mit einem Punkt vor Titelverteidiger Moritz Schittenhelm, der den zweiten Platz belegte. Zu einer Revanche kam es in Schweighausen nicht mehr - aufgrund der Witterungsbedingungen wurde der zweite Lauf abgesagt.
Monster Energy Yamaha Factory's Jeremy Seewer keeps the ball rolling for Yamaha at the 12th round of the MXGP World Championship in Semarang, Indonesia. The Swiss rookie stood on the third step of the podium and as a result he moved up to second position in the MXGP Championship standings.
In the opening race, the Yamaha Factory's duo of Jeremy Seewer & Romain Febvre got their YZ450FM's off to flying starts. The pair went bar-to-bar for a place inside the top-three on the opening laps before Febvre, under acceleration upon entering the wave section on lap-3, crashed and stopped.
Seewer managed to hit another milestone in the final race of the weekend, when he took his first holeshot of the season. While the Swiss sensation did not want to take any risks on the unforgiving surface and settled for fourth position, Febvre after some mistake at the start finished unchallenged in fifth place.

Gouveia is a lucky charm for Toni Bou. At the same location last year the champ celebrated his 100th victory in TrialGP world championships. Today he was once again on the top of the podium, this time taking the tally to 110 top-flight wins. Takahisa Fujinami, meanwhile, had to settle for fifth place, just one point shy of fourth spot after a decent trial.
The fifth round of the TrialGP world championship, held today in Gouveia, Portugal was marked by roasting temperatures and very demanding sections located amongst the boulders of the Parque de Nostra Senhora los Verdes.
Repsol Honda Team ace Toni Bou suffered considerably in the gruelling Portuguese trial. In spite of a first lap which saw Bou make several mistakes and pick-up a penalty for exceeding the lap time limit, the champion was nevertheless able to stage a comeback on lap two to take his win tally to 110 out of 210 world championship participations. This, the fifth victory of the season increases Bou’s overall lead to 22 points over the nearest second-place rival.
Bou’s Repsol Honda Team partner Takahisa Fujinami, also had a rough battle in the Portuguese sections. After leading for much of the first lap the Japanese rider finished the first tour still in a potential podium position, however, the second time around saw several riders so narrowly divided on points that Fujinami had to eventually settle for fifth final spot, a mere point from fourth place.
The next TrialGP world championship outing, the sixth points-paying round, will be held next weekend in Auron, France, 20/ 21 July.

Monster Energy Yamaha Factory MXGP’s duo, Febvre and Seewer, celebrated the Indonesian Grand Prix from the second and third steps of the podium.
Romain Febvre has proven he has the speed to win races since his return from injury back in May. After missing four rounds of the championship due to an injury he sustained at the opening round, the former World Champion in Race-2 has mounted on top of the podium thanks to his smooth, controlled and fast riding, finishing second overall of the day.
Febvre’s teammate Jeremy Seewer put in a solid performance to finish third overall, proving one more time he is the top rookie of the season. Seewer has strengthened his grip on third position in the MXGP Championship standings, while Febvre has moved up into the top-ten.

HITZESCHLACHT FÜR HARTMANN (CLICE/WRP) IM MX-2-TAKT-CUP
Beim fünften Lauf der Motocross-Zweitakt-Serie im ostthüringischen Triptis belegte Mike Hartmann mit einem dritten und einem zweiten Platz den zweiten Tagesrang. Im ersten Lauf kam der Husqvarna-Fahrer nur als Sechster vom Start weg. Doch im Verlauf des Rennens konnte er sich noch drei Plätze vorarbeiten und beendete den Lauf als Dritter hinter Lucas Streichsbier. Im zweiten Lauf klappte der Start dann so, wie gewohnt und er duellierte sich gleich mit Moritz Schittenhelm, der bereits den ersten Lauf gewonnen hatte. Hartmann kam ihm immer näher, doch in der Hitze und dem Staub musste er ihn schließlich ziehen lassen. Aber den zweiten Platz behielt er bis zum Schluss. Damit sammelte er nicht nur 42 Punkte für die Meisterschaft, sondern wurde auch noch Zweiter in der Tageswertung. In der Meisterschaftswertung liegt Hartmann jetzt nur drei Punkte hinter dem Führenden Nico Müller auf dem zweiten Platz. Aber gleichzeitig auch nur drei Punkte vor dem Titelverteidiger Schittenhelm. TRIALGP Belgium 19 TrialGP 2019 Round TGP4 , Race Great victory for Toni Bou in Belgium Repsol Honda Team rider Toni Bou, with a masterful ride, secured victory today in Comblain-au-Pont in the fifth round of the TrialGP World Championship. Takahisa Fujinami, likewise rode an excellent trial to narrowly miss out on a repeat of last year’s podium by a single point. It turned out to be a gruelling course for the fourth round of the top-tier trial competition. The sweltering heat proved to be the day’s main protagonist forcing both riders and minders alike to take on constant refreshment to hydrate themselves and avoid wilting before the two fifteen-section laps had been completed. Toni Bou suffered on the hard terrain, the climbs and the slippery slabs of rock. There was barely a difference between the champ and Jeroni Fajardo throughout the entire trial, until the competition reached the final section of the last lap, where the Repsol Honda Team star was able to seal his fifth season victory. Bou hasn’t been off the top step of the podium since last year’s trial in Andorra. The win stretches the incumbent champion’s lead at the head of the overall standings and gives him a nineteen-point cushion over the nearest second place rival. Japanese rider Takahisa Fujinami pulled off a spectacular fourth place, a mere point away from a place on the rostrum. Today “Fujigas” was the first top-flight rider to open the track this morning but nevertheless rode a noteworthy trial. Fujinami holds fourth spot in the overall rankings. The next trial world championship outing will take place in Portugal on 13th and 14th July, although prior to that Toni Bou has a date with the Spanish national championship in Pobladura de las Regueras, León.

TRIALGP Netherlands 19 TrialGP 2019 Round TGP3 , Race Toni Bou achieves a fourth consecutive season win in the Netherlands Repsol Honda Team rider Toni Bou stormed to victory with a fine performance in Zelhem in the fourth round of the TrialGP World Championship. Team-mate Takahisa Fujinami finished the trial in an excellent fourth position. The course of this, the fourth round of the highest tier competition, proved to be a demanding one where it was easy to make mistakes in overly-easy sections. The Repsol Honda Team rider took control from the off-set and kept the field in check right until the very end where he earned top spot on the podium. With just one penalty picked up on the first lap – five points for time – and an error-free second lap, the Montesa Cota 4RT rider performed a near-flawless trial. Bou now has a sixteen-point advantage over the nearest second-placed rival at the head of the overall TrialGP world championship leader board. Bou’s Repsol Honda Team companion, Japanese rider Takahisa Fujinami, took a brilliant fourth place in a trial very little suited to his riding style. The result takes ‘Fujigas’ to 53 points, where he continues to hold third overall place in the world championship overall standings. Repsol Honda Team get no rest for now, as next weekend, 29th and 30th of June, sees the fifth round of the TrialGP campaign in Belgium.
